Beautiful Demoiselle
Female Beautiful Demoiselle (Calopteryx virgo) is perfectly named :)
Mainly found along streams and rivers, particularly those with sand or gravel bottoms. They are coloured differently to the males (photo in the comments), which are a more blue/green and have stunning dark blue wings.
